Boogie bike.
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before
making a booking.
The Boogie bike and Boogie bike brands and services are owned and operated by Keith’s limos
By booking with us you are agreeing to our terms and conditions

The hirer:

Boogie bike considers the person (yourself) who has booked the Boogie bike to be the hirer and is therefore the representative of the group who will board the Boogie bike. Boogie bike will communicate with yourself directly regarding all arrangements, changes, particulars of the tour and anything else relating to your tour on the Boogie bike, before, during and after the tour.

The tour

The Boogie bike tours described on the website are guidelines and may have to change due to roadworks, diversions or other reasons relating to health & safety at any time and even during the tour. Boogie bike cannot guarantee the exact route described will be available. Boogie bike always has a selection of good alternative routes in the same locality which can be offered in this event. Boogie bike will endeavour to, but cannot guarantee to be able to make alternative routes at the request of the hirer. Boogie bike may be able to make a customised route available at the time of enquiry, but fees to cover additional delivery and collection costs may be applicable. Additionally, if Boogie bike is able to offer a customised route at the time of enquiry, this may have to change for the same reasons as above for the routes published on our website.

Bookings

– Bookings are made by credit or debit card.
– £100 deposit for private
– bike.
– £15 per person per seat.
– All balances need to be paid 21 days before hire starts.

Cancellations

– All deposits within 21 days are non-refundable

– 21-30 days rain check. 30 days + 50%.
All cancellations due to weather are non-refundable but
we offer to reschedule (subject to availability)and up to 90 days.

Privacy

– We do not pass your information onto any 3rd party.
– With your permission, we will send you tour offers.

Timing

Boogie bike asks that you request your group arrives 10 minutes earlier than the reserved tour time in order to avoid a late start. Boogie bike may not always be able to offer the same full tour if the tour starts later than booked as a result of members of your group arriving late. Any arrival in excess of 45 minutes late may result in the booking being treated as cancelled by you.

Decoration and Music

Provided you arrive on time for your booking, Boogie bike will allow you to decorate the Boogie bike with celebratory material, such as banners or bunting. Any celebratory material should not display anything which could be considered offensive or obscene, nor can it display any political campaign message. Boogie bike can also not allow any commercial logos or advertising of a brand or service on our standard bookings. If you are interested however in using the Boogie bike for commercial purposes (such as advertising or promotions), just get in touch with us.

Eligible Passengers

Boogie Bike can carry up to 14 persons excluding Boogie Bike crew. Every passenger must be over 18. No one will be allowed to board the Boogie bike who appears to be intoxicated. If you feel there is a risk that so me passengers may wish to board the
Boogie Bike intoxicated, we advise you inform them of this or alternatively book for a time when you know this will not be the case.

Drinks allowed on board

Bring your own drinks. Each person boarding theBoogie bike may bring two alcoholic drinks on board for the duration of the trip. Each drink can be: up to a pint of beer/lager/cider; a large glass of wine / champagne or a pre-mixed spirit based drink.
No neat spirits or ‘homemade mixtures’ may be taken on board

Clothing

All bags and handheld items must be stowed inside the Boogie Bike and not worn whilst on board or travelling. High heels, flip flops, slippers and any shoe which can easily come loose from the foot are ill-advised. T-shirts or shirt, shorts or trousers and shoes must be worn on board

Safety & Etiquette

Passengers will be given a comprehensive safety briefing in advance of departure. All passengers will be advised before departure that they ride, board and remain on the Boogie bike at entirely their own risk to themselves and to their property. Please advise your group of this in advance. Additionally, Boogie bike can not allow anyone to board, or to remain on board, anyone who is acting in a manner likely to cause injury or damage to themselves or any others. Please note that no one who appears intoxicated will be allowed on board. As the Boogie bike travels outdoors on public roads, Boogie bike cannot allow any behaviour on board which would not be tolerated in a public place. Any behaviour which members of the public may view as offensive, obscene or vulgar will cause the tour to terminate immediately.

Force Majeure

Boogie bike cannot accept liability or pay any compensation for cancellations as a result of Force Majeure. In these terms and conditions, Force Majeure means events such as war or threat of war, riot, civil strife, malicious persons, terrorist activity or actual threatened terrorist activity, aircraft or aerial devices or articles dropped there from, landslip, subsidence, earthquakes, industrial dispute, natural or nuclear disaster, adverse weather conditions, including but not limited to lightning, storm, flood, ice, fire, and all similar events outside our control.

Adverse Weather

Boogie Bike tours are an outdoor event, you are advised to dress appropriately for the weather. If upon arrival, you decide not to go ahead with the trip due to bad weather, you can reschedule (subject to availability) at no extra cost, or cancel. If Boogie Bike deems the weather to be severe enough that cancellation by yourself is likely, Boogie bike may also get in touch beforehand to offer rescheduling or cancellation at that point. Passenger safety agreement

Accident & Loss

Boogie bike does not accept any liability for loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or direct or consequential loss, howeverhowever caused (except for death or personal injury) unless due to our employees’ negligence. Boogie bike will not accept any liability for any loss or injury for anyone not adhering to our safety terms agreement.

Safety agreement form

We want you to enjoy your experience on our
Boogie bike but health and safety is our main ​
priority so we ask you to respect the following
rules:

– Please don’t get off or change seats whilst the bike is in motion. Keep your arms and legs inside the bike at all times.
– Do not hand out beverages to people that do not belong to your party.
– Any drunk, violent, rude or unsuitable behaviour will not be tolerated (any intoxicated passengers will be asked to exit the bike at any time)
– No football tops or political views aloud please.
– Plastic cups will be provided for all drinks.
– Respect must be shown at all times to the local community and fellow passengers.
– The damaging of property or possessions will be liable for prosecution.
– Only designated toilets can be used, no exceptions.
Please note that non-abidance of these rules could result in your group being evicted (without refund), criminally charged, and/or fined for damages. This will have a huge impact on your celebration, so please don’t put yourself in this situation.
Boogie bike will not accept any loss or damage to any passenger that will not abide by these rules.
